2080 ti strix OC: only two fans in monitoring software?

Hi, it's not really an issue just curiosity: The Asus 2080ti Strix OC has three fans. All fans work on mine. However I can only see Fan 1 and Fan 2 speeds and RPMs in both GPU-z and MSI afterburner.Is this normal?Thanks!
