My second Palit GamingPro OC 3090 card in pcie slot #3 always run at 8x speed. Card tested on other pc and run fine at 16x. Power cords checked, bios on videocards updated to latest oficial version, bios on motherboard also reset.Tried 0409, 0509, 06...

DIMM.2_2_1, U.2_1 disabled and not share pci-e lanes with PCIEX16_3.PCIEX16_4 slot is empty and disabled by a switch, but the BIOS shows that it uses 4 pci-e lanes.
