What is the best/lowest stable undervolt you have accomplished in your scar or hero 3? What did you set speed shift to?

The fans on my laptop are running for about 10 to 20 seconds and then they stop for about 10 to 30 seconds and then they run again for another 10 to 20 seconds and this process repeats, why is this happening?

I would like to get another ram stick for my laptop that is arriving soon. My question is in the soldered 16gb stick in the Zephyus S, what is the CL value? I would like too get a stick with a matching value. Thanks.
