3080 Srix O10G drops to 0 Voltage?

Hello,Since i have the Card i get random blackscreens.the GPU Voltage drops to zero 0 and the Base Mhz too 0.is the normal ? i think not so...Mainboard is a z370 PSU is bequiet 1000W and i use 2x DisplayPoert on the card. Card have the newest Bios...
