My setup listed in the subject. I updated the bios to 506 and I still only get 5700 MHz with my cpu when native is 6.0 GHz for this processor.

thanks guys, I appreciate the help in testing. I was within 3 days of being outside the newegg warranty to return/replace, so very glad we got to this point sooner than later. Dealing directly with intel would be painful I'm sure.
Decided to try CR24, it crashed the application, but not Windows.
I'm within my return policy at newegg, so I have submitted request to replace my cpu. After the replacement, I will start over.
Changed back to Typical and set loadline to level 5, CR23 crashed Windows after a few minutes.
Changed to level 6, and both r20 and r23 passed.
So the question now is, should I accept this performance or should I contact intel and rma my cpu?
