EVGA has also confirmed on Twitter that they are working on a VBIOS update. Apparently this is a bit more complex for them because they have an overclocking bios they support as well.
Update: it is a DP 1.4 problem with the 3080tiI got this from nVidia:> NVIDIA QA is aware of this issue and engineering is working to resolve the problem with Founders Edition cards as well as assist partner card manufactures such as EVGA.
