After a successful reformat, I noticed that my 2nd hard drive isn't displayed on the Computer section but only my primary harddrive. How do I get that back and working?

And a low fan noise is bad why..? My G74SX's fan noise level doesn't seem to match any other descriptions about its supposed noise. I really want to ship it back to XoticPC for repairs but I don't have 2 weeks to spare.
