Asus Rog Strix B450-F fans

Hi everyone,

I got a question in regards with the number of headers I can potentially utilise. I am a newbie when it comes to PC builds so any advice would be appreciated. My MOBO (B450-F) has got 3x chassis fan headers,1x CPU, 1x CPU_OPT, 1x AIO_PUMP. Am i being realistic thinking I can use all of these headers (excluding the CPU fan header of course) for PWM fans?

Also, how many fans can I install per header with Y splitter and is it safe? There is no mention of wattage per header in the manual. I already have 2x Pure Wings 2 and 2x Silent Wings 3 installed, but I would like to increase the intake by installing 2x additional Silent Wings 3 PWM fans.

The main reason for that is I would like to decrease the RPM's so that the PC is less noisy. This a music production PC and in my case silence is gold.

Thanks Moomo. I contacted Asus directly and they advised me all headers are 12V 1A and therefore 2-3 fans can be installed per header.
