Load VGA BIOS (SLI 2080TI)

Sorry for not posting an update sooner.

In early June I received and installed my 2x Titan RTX. They work beautifully and the motherboard (Rampage VI Apex) with BIOS 1401 had no issues in detecting or working with them. NVLink mode is enabled and the latest driver 431.36 (at the time of writing) is working perfectly.
