Asus rog ryou oled screen help!

Hello i builded a pc last week with asus prime b-450 plus as motherboad and i have a ryzen 5 2600 amd and i have installed the Asus rog ryou 240 and i am having trouble with the oled screen when i try to change it the screen frezzes and i cant find the problem. i use asus armory crate as software i think its the right software beacuse when i go to asus site its says on the driver that i need to install asus armory crate nothing else. the coller is working tho and same with the fans.
I will be happy for all help i can get (:
