Z390 Bsod and strange SSD setting

Hi and excuse me for my english. (German)
Yesterday after I put a new Power Supply in my Setup and install Windows 10 clean i get Bsod. A Restart and Shutdown dont solve the problem. Bsod after Rog Logo. A few month ago, the same problem after flashing the Bios to the newest 1401. At the moment iam on the 1301.
What solved this problem for me is going to Bios and load the optimized settings. In both cases after save and restart there was changed something with "SSD..." In both cases I forgot to wrote it down. But what and when did do this change in the bios?
