Brand new G531 GT singing 1000hz fan noise in silent and performance mode

Bought it just week ago and I already facing a problem :( Fan started to sing when even laptop is in silent mode. If I play games then its just pink noise and its ok, I get it. But when I work and laptop not under heavy load, I hear that fan singing noise around 1000hz (I use spectrum analyzer. High pitched noise, like its not lubricated, if it makes sense. Pitch differs if I load system. More load higher pitch noise.).

Seems like I need to contact my local dealer or its how it works?

Ps:
If any of you, who has this laptop could record using phone how your laptop sounds in quiet and performance mode,
It will really help me to get idea if my has issues or not.
