Asus Rog Strix B450E Realtek Problem Since Windows Update

Hey Guys!
There is my problem:

It was working with the April , 10 version of Windows.
Since I installed the latest Windows 10 update, it hasn't worked.
I think the problem is the Realtek Driver... When i used the April Version of Windows 10 with the April Driver for realtek, it was working. Now i updated my windows, and he is done.

When i open the realtek audio console program its just black window and the following: " realtek audio console does not support for this machine "

Help me please!
I tried everything, just for no reason.
