How to use HIFI Bluetooth audio codecs on Maximus IX Code?

I'm considering buying a Fiio BT3 Bluetooth receiver and connect my wired headphones via Bluetooth.
This specific receiver is capable of connect using the latest audio codec like SBC, AAC, AptX, AptX HD, AptX Low Latency, LDAC, and even Huawei’s new LHDC.
I wonder wich version of Bluetooth does the Maximus IX runs (4.2 or 5) and if there is a way to connect to this receiver using these audio codecs.
If not possible, can anybody points me to a PCI Bluetooth board that has these features?
