network not working properly

i bought my rog laptop 2 months ago
i am facing this issue from past 2 weeks
my ethernet is working but i cant be detected
it shows not connected in network setting though it works
my wifi is neither working nor visible in settings
i tried every troubleshoot
removed and updated every driver
but still no luck
i approached to intel but they suggested me to ask asus
thats why i am here
i cant keep it connected to ethernet.
plz help!!!!
