    Question | Keyboard stopped working GX701
    Hello,
    my GX701 keyboard stopped working
    No lights or response
    The turn off button is working but no red light

    Only the touch pad (mouse) is working

    I finish format now the laptop via USB keyboard, but it's didn't help

    Any advice please?

    Did You Make Copy Of Your Esupport Folder , esupport folder has All The Original Drivers For your Laptop, What Is The Exact Model Of Your Laptop GX701??

    No, I format everything in C drive
    But its not the first time I format so maybe I lose this folder already

    It's critical?

    My model is: GX701GX

    Esupport Folder Is Important If You Do Reinstall Of Windows It Has All The Original Drivers That Came With Laptop When You Bought It

    I found the folder inside c folder
    It's not deleted, I click edriver and AsinsWiz but it's show that all the drivers installed

    and I'm after format so it's weird

    anyway I will install the drivers from the website
    without the bios driver yes?

    I installed all the drivers in the website, but without bios drive.

    still the keyboard is not working, any idea what more to try?

    Please install ASUS Keyboard hotkeys UAP/Driver first or MyASUS 2.0和ASUS System Control Interface V2 to ensure all keyboard functions are working properly.
    This service is MUST to run with “Armoury Crate” to let your device run with different lighting and customize the effects on keyboard.(Aura Sync)
    Please follow below to install the application:
    1. Download Armoury Crate Service.
    2. Unzip folder, and run ArmouryCrateSetup.
    3. Download Armoury Crate UWP on Windows Store.
    4. Restart computer.

    There is a link for ASUS Keyboard hotkeys UAP/Driver? I can not see it in MyAsus

    but yes I installed the version V2.1.1.0
