2: For people asking what is Resizable BAR: Under the PCI Express physical bus, a virtual tunnel is generated between the graphics card and the processor. This allows the processor to access the VRAM memory directly and conveniently.

This is how a system is implemented by which the processor is allowed to access all the VRAM memory of the graphics card. Previously, a limit of 256MB accessible to the processor was established, which had to be negotiated between the GPU and the operating system.

You deserve more than a mere thanks by modding all these bios files.
I want to personally thank you for modding the Extreme encore using the latest modules and CPUID (Microcodes)

Maybe you can explain what is all the fuss about BAR and why some other guys here want it.
I use a 1080ti and AFAIK I have read it only works with the 3000 series, is this correct?
I also read that BAR does not work with x299 but I hope I will be wrong once you can answer this questions.

I was reading that this new feature is nonproprietary, so it can be enabled on a variety of systems. I suspect since Shamino posted a bios with this feature that full access will follow in a few months maybe:
