on my previous bios 1503 MC0x43 & spectre/meltdown NOT Disabled in Reg my scores in CPU Z Benchmark was :
Attachment 81919
(all tests were under NO TUNES in windows just like a normal day i had all my startup apps runing in background like always and i started all tests at the exact same cpu package temperature and same conditions)
AND AGAIN on my previous bios 1503 MC0x43 & spectre/meltdown this time ""DISABLED"" in Reg i had some increase in multithreads , nothing happened to single tho :
Attachment 81920
AND THEN on my current bios 1602 MC0x49 & spectre/meltdown **DISABLED** in Reg i got a tiny bit of extra 50 score in multithreads between 5170 to 5200, and again nothing happened to single score :
Attachment 81921
AND NOW im looking forward to see when i get MC0x49 runing on windows then what happens to scores and my high temps dammit intell://

Me too, I have 49 microcode in bios, but 5E under Windows (dll up to date) but no worries with patch Spectre disabled
Not tested with reptoline and Windows 10 1903 -

really? so whats with this Spectre (CVE-2017-5715) Patched in cpuz page? and are you sure it wont affect performance and temp cant we have the 49 dll for windows aswell ?
but look at this persons mc revisions its only loaded from uefi so there must be a way to only load the mc in windows from the bios right !?

I tested with Reptoline vs Spectre disabled
Patch Spectre disabled :

Reptoline :
Attachment 81930 Attachment 81931
For Storage, a little better in reading with Reptoline and a little better in writing with the spectre patch disabled
Same for CPU-Z benchmark
The temperature is "modified" with the microcode of the bios, not that of Windows
There was no Microcode 49 with a Windows update, it's 43, 4D and 5E, if I remember correctly -

and i also saw in AIDA64 Extreme MEMORY BENCHMARK the spectre patch disabled reduced my COPY score by 1-2 gb/s BUT I HAVE TO BECOME MORE SURE OF IT I WILL CHECK AGAIN
but it increased read and write alittle bit as i sensed have to make sure.
so what do you think about the 49 dll ?less make it the same;) -
