Add the last Cascade Lake-X microcode for R6E 2002 bios

For info, the latest Encore bios already has the latest modules up to date (even the microcode for Cascade Lake-X)
Asus did a good job for this bios

does the cascade microcode offer any benefits to the older processors or no?

No, microcode Cascade Lake-X is only for Cascade Lake-X ;)

I mean bios is now functional. I could not OC properly with official bios. Random system crashes, broken adaptive and offset core voltage. Also RAM oc was not possible.

Previous bios was not functional??? Are u using the official latest bios or a modded one???

Elmor didn't have any troubles overclocking his cpu on Encore. His 10980xe is not retail by the way. But the new Microcode just fixes voltage control under software, so inbios had to work properly with previous ones.
