That's what I was wondering, I've got the same issue with my RVIEE, which I just got a couple of weeks ago, and AB DRAM Voltage won't do 1.35.v. Setting 1.35 gets 1.358 - 1.361 and setting 1.34v gets 1.338 - 1.342, and sometimes gets stuck on 1.192 no matter what I set it to.
When I first noticed it stuck on 1.2v. I swapped the memory (GSkill 32g 3600C16Q-GTZR) for a different set and that unstuck it. I then also ran Memtest pro for a full 4 pass 5 hour+ test with no errors. It's gotten stuck at 1.2v again two or three more times, and each time was from setting the voltage with AI 3. That said I've got stable OC of 3800 using 1.38v and simply using XMP settings. Memtest pro 2 pass and no errors.
Other than that the board has been working like a champ. Better overclocks with my i9-7920, SSD's are running much cooler without aftermarket heatsinks (except for the water block I put on the system SSD), and no freezing (my RVIE would freeze occasionally). I am still on BIOS 505 though. Upgrading my RVIE to 3006 is when it started going downhill. -

I need your help, for performance reasons I also wish to stay on the older microcode for Cascade Lake-X 05000029. Because on the Rampage 6 Encore 0401 performance is great but on all the latest bios like 0603 performance really drops. I tried to mod it myself with MMTool, but I guess I don't have the skills. It won't let me update with bios flashback on the back of the mobo.
Therefor I would like to request the new 0603 Bios version from Rampage 6 Extreme Encore but the old microcode 05000029 found in 0401 for Cascade Lake-X. I don't care about anything else
