I recreated the BIOS and tested it this time - it is 100% binary identical to what master @tistou77 so no difference.

lesson:
1. always start with a clean official ASUS bios
2. make sure to have all latest modules in file directory
3. rigorously install latest pltable

using the official ASUS BIOS only update and write once - no going back and adding more modules later etc... but get it right the first time and write the new BIOS file only once!

then the it works 100%. ;)

6A09 microcode decline performance on multicore part but improve single core performace a little bit with lastest Insider Windows Build 21301.1010.

No 6A09 microcode was for SKYLAKE X SKU mate, For 10940X you will need 05003005 microcode.

I am using the modded bios you provided me for my Rampage encore and I am currently using the CPUID: 5003003.
Do you think I need to update to the 05003005 and if so, are you able to mod the bios again ?

The only missing is the new microcode 3005 and the latest Intel RST EFI 18.31.1.5224 Driver
