I have a Z690 Strix A motherboard with ALC4080, but no matter what I install the equalizer does not appear in the realtek audio console,I do not need anything else sonic or anything else but this, please help me very nicely, thank you very much !

    Hi,

You have an ASUS ROG SS3|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard with ALC408x codec, so :

You need Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS MB) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek USB Audio (MB | Intel 5xx/6xx & AMD 5xx/TRX40).

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

    Hi Guys,

I guess I'm really confused about which drivers I'm supposed to use for my "ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Hero Wifi" with an Intel I9-11900K.

In the Device Manager, I am showing that the audio driver is a Realtek USB2.0 Audio...according to Microsoft Drivers. These are working ok, No popping at start up, when using Windows 10 Pro (20H1, 20H2, 21H1 or 21H2)

    Attachment 90772

But as soon as I install these ASUS ROG SS3, of any version, the speakers immediately start to pop, twice then pause then one more pop.

I have tried every 6.3.69xx version, and it does this. One of the thing I noticed is when you install one of these drivers, the device manager show that it becomes a "Realtek USB Audio" 6.3.96xx.xx. and not a "Realtek USB2.0 Audio"

I can revert back to the Microsoft Version, and all is good again. Am I using the right drivers for the ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Hero WIFI??

I have done clean installs of Windows 10 Pro each time and same results. Is there a Realtec USB2.0 Audio version...??

You are trying to install a drivers package unsuitable for your motherboard, please read carefully what I told you.

Thanks, I realized the mistake too, but it's not good, there is no equlizer, just that, how can I get the other settings without the sonic?
    Attachment 90778
It's unbelievable and annoying to me that they can't leave it in the software by default (as before)
I've tried SS3 too, but my problem is that even though all effects are disabled, it's still like I'm in church, especially the games, it's really bad ... :(

c8hw The situation is the same, roll back the previous version to use AUDIO_Realtek_UAD_ASUS_ROG_SS3-DTS_MB_v6.0.9254.1

In order to prevent threads from becoming a mess and to prevent add confusion for everyone where there is already enough, please post in the thread dedicated to your motherboard that I indicated to you previously : [DRIVERS] Realtek USB Audio (MB | Intel 5xx/6xx & AMD 5xx/TRX40).

    Hi,

Please disregard his messages, he does not have the same motherboard as you nor the same drivers package.

Re-download your Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS MB) from the first post of this thread.

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

I can't seem to get any driver working with the Rog Strix B550-E Gaming WiFi

I did have it working (including the audio USB type-C) but accidentally installed Sonic Studio and tried to remove, which now means nothing seems to install (I've removed the inf files) but Windows Store won't install the Realtek Control Panel (or whatever it's called).
