Follow scrupulously your INSTALL process with cleanup step, but this time to prevent Windows Update from generating a drivers install conflict, disable your Internet connection from the start of the CLEANUP process until the end of drivers install of the INSTALL process (after the restart).

This happened on my machine AFTER the INSTALL process. I've had the drivers installed since Windows 10 2004 came out (clean install on OS and Drivers) and it automatically installed the 1.8.0.0 OVER the cleanly installed drivers so I guess it's some kind of forced update.

you can always just disable the drivers updating that windows do (windows 10 pro)
i prefer doing that myself manually :)

I also went through what Cody did. My installation was working perfectly and Windows downgraded my software component. Then I did a clean install and this time nahimic service and avolute components didn't install. This past few days were a pain because of this. I then had to clean out everything once again and installed the final UAD from ASUS support and then I installed Mokichu's final drivers on top and they worked.

I tried to update the driver with device manager and if said invalid data. I'll try to roll back and report here.

Also guys, in the driverstore explorer I see a lot of duplicate .inf files, newer and older versions of the same driver. Can you safely delete the older dated duplicates?

You can do a cleanup after each update (I recommend it to you) via Driver Store Explorer :
    - Click on the "Select Old Drivers" button
    - Check the box "Force Deletion" then click on the "Delete Package" button
    - Restart your PC

Note : If the old drivers cleanup is not done after the update, they will be deleted anyway by Windows Disk Cleanup (if the obsolete drivers box is checked).

Thanks Mo, that's exactly what I just did :)
