Hi. I was hoping someone could help.
I have downloaded the drivers from the first link under, "Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3 MB)"
I have uninstalled ALL applications related to realtek/SS3.
Rebooted, Used the driver tool to uninstall any realtek, Avolute, hdx, etc drivers (checked force deletion).
Rebooted, Installed the drivers. PC restarts. No Realtek audio control so I install it along with SS3.
I did these steps a week ago but no audio. decided to try again today and still no audio but now Realtek audio control shows "can not connect to rpc service".
If I am missing something please let me know. Thanks -

This might have been discussed elsewhere in the thread, and if so I apologize, but are these drivers more up to date than the ones downloaded from the motherboard support page?
If so, for my ROG Strix X570-I Gaming board, I would use the following drivers, correct?
Finally, I used to have just the Realtek Audio Control app installed without any of the addons (SS3, SR, DTS). Unfortunately I'm having to reinstall windows, and I can't figure out how I managed to get *only* the Realtek app with it's build in EQ tools to work, since all of the installers I can find now include the extras which make changing EQ highly annoying.Quote:
