Thank you for the updated Drivers

Question - why is it that these drivers are not on the Asus MB page where the drivers should reside?
Is there a reason Asus does not update them there?

After following the instructions to a T, and uninstalling the packages and rebooting, checking the drivers with Driver Store Explorer (not finding any listed ones), and then running the cmd as Admin, it installed and restarted as it should. It didnt install the items out of the Windows Store though for some reason after the reboot (waited 15 minutes), so I did that manually. Looking in Device Manager, under Audio Inputs and Outputs, there is the "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)", and it is a Microsoft Driver, version 10.0.19041.1

    Is that right?
I would have thought this should have listed a Realtek driver....

Under Software Components, there are various A-Volute, DTS and Realtek listings in there, and looking at Driver Store Explorer again, there are Realtek, DTS, A-Volute, Nahimic listings now, which there werent before. But why is the audio driver listing at Microsoft?

I tried an update Driver from Device Manager, and got it to look in the folder I extracted this new driver into, but it said it was already using the latest.

I assume it should not be Microsoft and should be Realtek, right?

    EDIT:
Or maybe not... this is just the endpoint...

Under Sound, Video and Game Controllers in Device manager, it does list Realtek(R) Audio, and is 6.0.9209.1

    So likely is OK..

9215 sounds the same as 9209. First time I have heard no change:cool:

One of the videos I use for checking as the bass has subs, thump, punch, and great mids and high hats:

Are you absolutely sure you have only UAD drivers installed?

I once have a somewhat similar problem and found out I still had a HDA leftover, so I refollowed MoKiChUs clean install steps and added 2 more:
    3. Run the following in an admin cmd prompt(copy & paste):

    fsutil resource setautoreset true c: \&fsutil usn deletejournal /d /n c:&Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /
    StartComponentCleanup&Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth&Dism.exe /
    Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase&pause

    7. Then open Regedit to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
and delete the keys to Realtek Audio
    (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Realtek\Audio
At this point it's good to run the registry cleaner in Ccleaner too
    8. Reboot your system

Better yet here is a link to a SWAY I created about the clean up process and a list of the best UAD drivers:
