    Hi Mokichu,
Thank you very much for the help you provide, I do have a issue.

I am using the z690-a gaming wifi d4,BIOS VERSION 1404, thus I am using the link of SS3 DTS you provided.
After cleanup and install, I found that the Realtek audio control is not stalled automatically, I did try to manual install in MS shop but error occurred and the code is 0x803FB005.

I do unblock the bondID of the ZIP and the result remained the same.

could you please help me with this strange problem? thank you very much

    (FOLLOW UP:
I have fixed the issue by downloading the link from another forum: the audio USB driver one. Although the Realtek audio control didn't auto install, I am able to manually install from MS shop.
I have also update the audio Firmware by your advice, I think nothing further to do with it now. Once Again, Thank you very much for the Help!!)

Just installed 6.0.9338.1 and I noticed something strange, not really a big deal but just wanted to report anyway. When I do a speaker check with built-in Microsoft Sound app or Realtek Audio Console, When I click on a given speaker, the sound comes in after 3 seconds. Everything else works fine. I use external 5.1 speakers.

B450-F Gaming, windows 11. No audio.
Hi. I was hoping someone could help.

I have downloaded the drivers from the first link under, "Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3 MB)"
I have uninstalled ALL applications related to realtek/SS3.
Rebooted, Used the driver tool to uninstall any realtek, Avolute, hdx, etc drivers (checked force deletion).
Rebooted, Installed the drivers. PC restarts. No Realtek audio control so I install it along with SS3.

I did these steps a week ago but no audio. decided to try again today and still no audio but now Realtek audio control shows "can not connect to rpc service".

If I am missing something please let me know. Thanks

Hi, MoKiChU. Just to be safe, I have a ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming (Wi-Fi),
I know that I could get the SS3+DTS driver package. But, what if I just don't want the extra crap?
Can I just download the quoted driver package and safely install it?
Will there be any problem with this? I would really only use the MoBo audio for my Edifier R1000T4.
My Moondrop Aria and Philips SHP9500 are plugged in an external USB-C DAC.

Global thanks to you Mokichu for all of the drivers on this stite thank to you. Random question that you can probably answer -- how specific are these audio drivers to Asus motherboards? I see quite a few .inf files w/Asus in the name but only one that references Asus in the file itself. Would these drviers work for any motherboard that has the same feature set (eg. DTS, Sonic Studio, etc)? Just curious.

This might have been discussed elsewhere in the thread, and if so I apologize, but are these drivers more up to date than the ones downloaded from the motherboard support page?

If so, for my ROG Strix X570-I Gaming board, I would use the following drivers, correct?

    Quote:

Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3 MB) :
    Drivers : 6.0.9341.1 WHQL [19/04/2022]
Finally, I used to have just the Realtek Audio Control app installed without any of the addons (SS3, SR, DTS). Unfortunately I'm having to reinstall windows, and I can't figure out how I managed to get *only* the Realtek app with it's build in EQ tools to work, since all of the installers I can find now include the extras which make changing EQ highly annoying.

Is it possible to install just the Realtek app alone, and if so how might I go about it?

Thanks in advance, just trying to do things correctly this time since I already managed to kill one windows install with failed audio driver installs!

Sonic Studio 3 is not working.
    June-8-2022

My Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z370-E Gaming

My Graphic card: Asus Rog Strix GeForge 1080 A8GB

    I'm working with Windows 11

Is there something I can do about it, please?

    Hi,

They have not failed to install, these messages just indicates that the driver is already present and installed (no new driver to install).

Also regarding the stuck time, it's not an issue, just be patient, DTS APO4x Extension Driver folder contains more than 6000 files in more than 200 subfolders.

You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3 MB) from the first post of this thread.

    - Avoid ZoneID blocking trouble :

    - For each downloaded .zip : ZoneID unblock the .zip (Right click on the .zip file > Properties > Check the box Unblock > OK).

    or

    - Disable the ZoneID blocking completely (you will no longer have to unblock each downloaded .zip) :

    - Right-click Windows Start button then click Launch then type gpedit.msc > OK
    - User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager
    - Do not preserve zone information in file attachment : Enabled > OK

    - Redownload needed drivers package from the first post of this thread.
    - ZoneID unblock the .zip (Only if you have not disabled the ZoneID blocking) : Right click on the .zip file > Properties > Check the box Unblock > OK.

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

If you still have RPC service issue :

    - Press Windows key + X > Task Manager :
    - Startup tab : Check that Realtek HD Audio Universal Service is Enabled.
    - Services tab : Check that DcomLaunch, RpcEptMapper & RtkAudioUniversalService services running.
    - Right click on your Realtek Audio Control/Console app icon > App settings > Reset
    - Restart your PC.

Regarding your no sound issue after install, check that Virtual Mixer is disabled : Sonic Studio III > Record Studio > Virtual Mixer > Virtual Mixer : Off.

    1) Cleanup :

    - Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process
    - Use this SS3 Cleaner tool (Right click on "A-Volute_SS3_Cleanup.exe" > Run as administrator) then restart your PC

    2) Install :

The UAD/DCH drivers being modular, you can install your drivers by these different types of install from the most complete to the lightest :

Not intended to work like this by ASUS (at your own risk) :

    - Realtek Only : Delete the ThirdParty folder from AUDIO_Realtek_UAD_ASUS_ROG_SS3-DTS_MB_v6.0.xxxx.x folder then follow scrupulously your INSTALL process (without installing SS3/DTS apps).

    - Realtek Minimal (such as Microsoft built-in drivers, without Realtek app) : Right click on HDXASUS.inf (in AUDIO_Realtek_UAD_ASUS_ROG_SS3-DTS_MB_v6.0.xxxx.x\Realtek\Codec_xxxx.x folder) > Install > Wait for the message "The operation completed successfully" or for restart request.

For the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow the UPDATE process (with same install type).

Note if you choose the Full install type : If you want to uninstall Sonic Suite Companion once your drivers are installed, launch Sonic Suite Companion via tray icon then click Uninstall Companion.

Note if you choose the Realtek Only install type : Equalizer in Realtek Audio Control/Console will not work (present and visible but not functional) since it is based on SS3 APO (hardware) and that SS3 APO SWC Driver is not installed.

Thanks MoKiChU for the drivers - I had to get the correct drivers for the ROG STRIX B550-I Gaming motherboard you've informed to me in another thread.
I was doing a clean unattended Windows 10 install and I do mean a clean install and I get this pop up error as you can see the screenshot. Doing a search on the error revealed the NnNotifSys.exe is part of the Realtek audio driver you posted. I'm just wondering what might have tiggered this popup error.

Hey MoKiChU, thanks - I followed the suggestion method you provided - words for words and still getting the Application Error on the NhNotifSys.exe file during 2nd clean unattended install. Maybe something else is going on that causing Application error popup.

But i have not any services related with "Realtek". I must have a services call realtek audio o something like that ?

    Thanks,

If you still have RPC service issue :

    - Press Windows key + X > Task Manager :
    - Startup tab : Check that Realtek HD Audio Universal Service is Enabled.
    - Services tab : Check that DcomLaunch, RpcEptMapper & RtkAudioUniversalService services running.

    Hi, thanks.

I did the install following your instructions and it worked fine right after the reboot! I was able to tweak the sound settings and equalizer. Worked great last night!

Unfortunately, this morning, after booting up my PC, it shows the same ""The current system is not support or the audio driver has not been properly installed." error message for both Sonic Studio and Sonic Radar.

The Realtek Audio Console appear to work fine though.

    EDIT:

I just did the Realtek Console App reset and that made it work again!

So, I guess I just have to reset the app after every reboot if it stops working.
