So, I first uninstalled all the old stuff
Then I went save mode and did the cleaner
Ran reg cleaners to make Shure
Then I took the latest versions ill list them below
Finally got it to install correctly which is not easy in itself
So, the I did the optimize button pc rebooted and when the timer was up I saw the overclock screen and then instant blue screen AsIO.sys I have seen this in older version, so I think we are going backwards now …….
I have this system well over a year now it’s the most expensive on I have build yet so rly sad that it has never workt at all I also have a normal x99-a board with had the one what the auto button witch I rly mis btw ….. don’t know why its not in here support chat does not even know what AI suit is and just tell me to wait for an update theirs a long forum post witch just gets ignored and meanwhile I have been waiting since 18-08-2016 so this will probably be the last asus board ever
    My versions are
    Bios 1801
    DIP5 1.05.14
    Windows 10 1709 build 16299.192

Also have some other problems where the 2 fans that are on the extension car will have a long spin up and down timer witch I can’t change and then save

So pls asus just make a new program from scratch and stop dragging this dead cow along

Did you tried the Bios fan control? I know, it's not as nice as the AI Suite fan control, but the bios version can do the job.
You can run the AI Suite for some optimization, and remove it when it is done.

    cannot install 3.00.13
Yesterday, after a bout of the "access violation errors" whenever I clicked on fan expert in AISuite 3 which left my fans locked at a fixed low speed I did a complete reinstall of windows I cannot get Asus suite installed again. I’ve downloaded the latest version from the support page for my MB but when I run it nothing happens. Is it just an update or do I need a full version from somewhere?

    Mb M8 Formula
    Bios 3703
    GPU Strix 1080
RAM 16Gb Corsair Dom Plat @3200

Tried running as admin, not as admin.

    Any ideas?

I just installed this version of AI Suite 3.00.13 and updated my bios from my z270e to version 1203. Before that, I was able to control GPU fans with AI Suite, but after those updates I can't even see my GPU stats (i mean voltage, frequency, temperatures or RPM from the fan) I liked too much those controls for GPU fans but now i don't know what to do to adjust the fan curve
(don't suggest me GPU tweak, i don't like because it only has two points for fan curve)

You could try MSI Afterburner. You can have up to 8 points.

But I hope ASUS will fix this, I have the same problem (and the card is seen in the BIOS).

I already did it months ago. I contacted Asus Rog Benelux, and send them several parts of the forums topics and told them about the software issues. And guess what…..

    1) Graphics card model number?
    2) Operating system?

Do you use a samsung M.2 nvme ssd?

I have an 850 evo.. not super sure what M.2 nvme is. Though some games are on the ssd and some are on another harddrive but they all have the hitching so I don't think thats the problem.
