Yeah Ive tried overclocking using AI-suite, for me it's always ended in BSOD or complete lock up and having to reset bios, so far I have yet to be able to overclock past 4182 mghz, always frezzes and restarts or just locks up, not sure if my power supply is too small or maybe ram can't handle. but im just glad AI suite is working perfectly once again.

I've reported it multiple times.
Since the Intel vulnerability patch and having to use these newer versions of AI Suite I experience frame hitching in all games. Every few steps taken in game the game freezes for a half second and then continues.
Rebooting clears the issue for some time but eventually it will return requiring another reboot.
I'd made no changes to my system other than that windows update and using the new AI suite.
Z87-Pro
Intel 4670k
MSI GTX 1070
I also experience the "new hardware" detected/connected sound at every reboot since the windows update / ai suite update. I also find my fans are generally running harder/louder than they were previously. -

@Raja I have tried to keep my posts on track but had become irritated with fellow posters and expressed it. My last post was one you edited and I don't take offense. I appreciate the job you are doing. I'm not sure how other MFG'ers would handle this, if at all, in a forum. Thank you for doing what you can. I know this is also a off topic post and I won't bring it up again. Hopefully you won't delete it.
I appreciate your time on this.

The frame hitching could be a facet of the intel updates. Especially as Intel is still working this out. If you still have these issues after the full intel update cycle (whenever the happens to be), lay out a complete post of the problem. Include all relevant info, such as games, what's plugged into the system etc. If I were you, I'd even perform a debug os install to see if it's reproduceable. Apply one update/installation at a time to isolate the cause. If it is reproduceable, and only occurs due to ai suite, theres a chance of someone seeing it in a lab. The thread isn't exactly full of frame hitching reports, so it could be conditional.

I too am having the same issue and I believe it is caused from the Intel/microsoft updates, others have reported it as well. It happens alot in bf1. I have played at stock and it still occurs.
