Try installing the drivers in Gfeorce experience app, try hardware & devices troubleshooter in W10

Do you have the nvidia control panel if you right click screen ? Check for Windows updates with the card installed*

Try clearing CMOS, try reflashing BIOS 3801 with 2080 ti installed*

Finally got mine up n running, surprisingly Eazy especially after the bios update that stoped the freezing, (thanks guys) first could see all drives in bios until disabled CSM n couldn’t see any...

It's possible, Have you had it working at all ?, remove it & check for bent pins on the socket.

Have you tried removing all USB devices including keyboard, mouse & DVD drive's, remove all HDD & SSD drives ect ect, & is your PSU good ?*
