    The DRAM voltage is set in two completely different places in the BIOS.
    There is the boot voltage for POST and the normal operating voltage.

    Be sure to change both to 1.35v.

    And even though it was set to 'auto' it obviously does not sync with the normal...

    I'm having the exact same problem on the VI Extreme.

    The main memory timings and voltage are manually dialed in for 3200.
    You can then reboot and load into Windows, and verify the memory timings...

    Quite a few people has reported the same problem...
