From a system with no ASUS software installed, it now works for me using 13/08/21 (3.1.0.0) installer.


Remove all ASUS software from your system, everything.
Manually go looking for related...

Yep I agree, some URL is dead.

I might procmon it to see which exact URL it is and post back my findings...

Cleaners won't have ANY impact on install issues.
If anything, it probably cleans up better than the ASUS uninstaller does itself.

My X370-F board also refuses to install using latest Armoury...

This version breaks the "Sync at shutdown" to Off again.
RGB cycle always runs irrespective of what you set in AURA and/or BIOS. In fact AURA should never override BIOS setting but that's a design...

ASUS c'mon man!!! 1.06.29 "Sync at Shutdown" broken and stuck on Rainbow again!
