I use Windows 10 since the begining, and never had issues with Aura Creator, only since the December Armory Crate update.

B550 F-Gaming Wifi, Trident Z Neo, I can see them in Armory Crate, it works fine with basic effect, but...

That's false. I have Trident Z rams, worked fine with Aura Creator effect (much better than Gskill software), and since the last Armor Crate update, it's not reconize.
So Asus support told you...

Seems that any Trident Z and Crucial RGB memories have the same issue. Hope Asus will fix this as fast as possible. It worked just fine before the last update of Armoury Crate.

Please fix the Trident Z issue in Aura Creator and all the issue dealing with the RGB control. It should be quickly done because it worked perfectly with the...

Same here, no more Trident Z in Aura Creator since the last update of Armoury Crate, even if AC reconized them well. :mad:

Same way than the G-Skill Lightning Control stuff, but still not fix the issue to find them in Aura Creator.

Since update, like all of you, Trident Z are no more reconize in AURA CREATOR. Only in Armoury Crate (following the steps to install the G-Skill Lightning Control).

Please Asus, fix this.
