I could be wrong but I don't think adaptive voltages and there differences are related to temps at all, it depends on your CPU it's self my 7900x I used adaptive after I delidded it and all cores...

The IHS has dropped my temps a few degrees but people mainly want to know if it's fixed the monoblocks issue which for me it has.
