There is no such thing as OS depended BIOS. They just didn't finish upload, that's all.

FYI every ROG board is Maximus, even yours.

I did clean install. Still doesn't work.

Uninstalled all software that came with ASUS package and drivers. Then installed pure Realtek drivers. Then installed SS2 v2.2.25. Still won't open. So again, anything newer than 2.2.16 crashes.

Add to that misleading customers. This might be my last ASUS board as well.

I meant SS2 is crashing in .NET module. ASUS needs to fix it.

This is bug in .NET Framework. Audio drivers won't fix anything.

Sonic Studio does NOT crash because of audio drivers. Which you would know if you bothered to read crash logs.

It will always show up. You'd have to dig in resource files to find the skin.

You think just because they are not on ASUS site they are not official? ASUS is just reposting what Intel releases and as long as drivers are WHQL signed they are official regardless where you get...

There is your problem. Set voltage to adaptive and set C states to enabled.

Are you using adaptive voltage with manually enabled C states?
