I do use adaptive 1.29v on core and offset 1.2v on cache on 3502. *No issues.

1.375v for cache is quite excessive. *A good thing you've dialed it back. *I personally don't like taking cache over 1.2v, whereas I'm fine with vcore up to 1.3v.*
