Go for the 840 pro as there will be a firmware update coming out for 840 pro users in the near further. And the pro versions are still the top ssd.
I would go for 2 x 240s if you want faster...

I would say at least 850 watt for a dual gpu setup....1000watt would be the best option in my opinion.

I have a pair of 680s now and what a waste. Skyrim is buggy in SLI for me. I can't seem to find a fix for the flashing textures and flying mammoths.
