First off why are you running Windows 8.1? Upgrade to Windows 10. Seriously.

LOL bro we can't even get it working on Windows let alone another OS. Not long ago they released unsigned drivers and then took 6 months to fix it.

Hit the reset button when the Windows logo pops up and it should boot back into safe mode. Or hit f8 (or f10 can't remember) right before the Windows logo.
