Whenever I try to change to the OLED Image or Animation setting, the OLED will not change to it.
If I am using Hardware Monitor with multiple entries when I select an animation, the monitor freezes...

Ditto...same thing here on Edge version ​95.0.1020.44 (Official build) (64-bit).

I'm hoping we see a BIOS release with the fix to my original issue soon. :)

Yes, even if I set the XMP mode and drop voltage back down to 1.2 from the XMP profile's 1.35V. I've run through all the requested steps to reproduce and any possible workarounds.

Still nothing heard back. My ticket has gone silent, yet the issue still remains regardless of PTT (TPM) setting.

My support channel/ticket has gone silent now for over a week.

So far, they have had me try adding the XMP profile, then manually drop the mem voltage to 1.2v, but it still didn't work. I ran Memtest86 and no failures, but they took this pass to mean I had now...

When the issue is occurring, the system will start to boot, the orange light stays on, a click is heard and the system tries to POST again. This repeats for 3(4?) times and eventually starts in BIOS...

That's the exact issue I and others are having. I submitted a support ticket for the issue and am working with the support folks on reproduction, etc. I'd suggest submitting a support...

Any luck? They wanted video proof of the 1802 BIOS booting fine with XMP enabled. I sent that, and now they want to RMA my board. I'm not too keen on that.

There is no "Discrete TPM" setting for the Maximus XI Formula. TPM is enabled in 1903, but for me, this issue occurs regardless of the TPM/PTT settings.

I didn't try 1901 since it was a beta, then pulled.

I submitted a support ticket to ASUS and was initially told my RAM wasn't on their QVL list of "qualified" memory. When I pushed back and said that regardless of the QVL list, their 1902/1903 BIOS'...

NOT fixed in 1903 for at least some people.
