Yes, it safe to use it unless some other factor come in like case being to small causing some pressure to the connector. After all this card is gigantic in size. Or at least it cover by Asus.

You dont have to rename any file. Just extract the file with an extension .CAP into your C drive. Go to bios EZ and choose that particular bios.

In my opinion. If your system are running fine with the bios version currently in the system, not to touch it. A new version may improve or solved previous version bios issue resulting hardware issue...

Need to know your ram size definition such as 4X16 in quad pair or 2X16 pair X 2?

I doubt so. But what I guess by this time all board release on that day already arrived at the warehouse for the master distributor. Just waiting for the day.

When you install the driver. Choose an option clean install. It will wipe out your old driver and install the Nvidia driver. Hope it help.

This not happened to Asus alone. I got another 2 system, One Gigabyte and EVGA 3080 also having the same issue sometimes. Cap discharge may not fast enough. But I cannot determine if this was cause...
