I have two Maximus XI setups one does a noice and other not. But I recognised the noise getting louder if play games like dota 2. if Alt tab out of the games the noise goes down. I will try another...

can you search for a xml file on your System drive called aio.xml i think. Delete it and restart the Armoury Crate Service. Make a copy of the file

If you guys have problems with Aura Creator (lights stays dark) try to change the system language to United States:). Now all effects will work.

Tested on a German desktop system.
