replying to my self here. I managed to find a combination of setting to get the RAIDexpert2 to show up in the bios options, still not being able to get the RAID bios screen to show up before the post...

I hope they fixed the cold boot issues, and the RAID Menu that disappeared from both bios, and boot up sequence
