I just notice that technician use the CPU fan instead the aio pump header? Does this mean my CPU temperature not monitor/detect properly and behave the fan speed at it should?

i did also manage to turn off LED on MB IO shield by sync all shutdown then choose fro lightning effect OFF

try to change the lightning effect i face this problem when using other effect it takes up cpu usage a lot now it takes only 0.1%

I same have problem but only happen if i touch the keyboard or move the mouse and rgb stay on even the PC is off. What i have to do is completely tun off power supply switch.
