I don't understand how come you have this problems I have same motheboard with QVL ram from asus and did update to bios 3201 and no problems at all did also test aida62 cpu z bench test with this...

you are true about the placement of the battery of r6e

but this is not a rule that the battery will fail after a period of time ...can run out quickly or after very long time more then 3 years

even with this oc the write is to high for that cpu I cannot pass 60gb write in aida64 with 4GHZ and ram 3200mhz
