you define your own real world, it makes perfect sense to test it with the heaviest load you will run on that pc, if youre a prime95 hobbyist then you have to use that. if not i would say realbench...

for prime95 you either have to downclock+more voltage or use a big avx offset. there arent that many people willing to sacrifice like that these days. so you have to decide if its worthit.

All looks fine. When the cycking happens see id the dual bios led stays at the correct side since its a dual biosboard

take a pic of the bios "main" page, the bios "cpu configuration" page and the v/f point offset page just to see if any abnormalities can be seen there.
