The problem is there are 2 power measurements. One from CPU other from MB.
For the 2 match you need to tune DC_LL.
When tunned, at full load VID=VCore and CPU_Power=MB_Power.

I had the same issue.
Uninstall Armoury and reinstall it. For me solved.

- After the update, AI Suite3 report fan errors and do not load anymore.
- The Maximus XII Formula oled not show CPU frequency.
I'll try to restore backup and install again and try to collect data...
