I tried just the other day to use the DCH versions: wiped out NVidia installation with DDU, but when I tried to install DCH package it says it's not compatible with my GL703GS.

Don't buy these expensive laptop, with limited usability and lots of troubles.

ASUS never fixed this serious issue.

This is a new bug acknowledged by NVidia/ASUS with recent NVidia drivers and needs a real fix, not some "golden path workarounds"... Previous drivers did not need special...

I'm not sure we're talking about the same issue when you say "seemed to be like 30fps". Also with inverse ghosting smoothness and video refresh is never affected, you will just notice a ugly trail...

Be sure you tested it with fullscreen exclusive mode games and g-sync ON (more evident).
Unfortunately also 430.39 and 430.53 are affected by a serious known issue causing BSODs...

Not to defend ASUS, which is responsible for inaccurate QC/QA not checking the screen overdrive tuning, but this same inverse ghosting problem has been reported also for XMG, MSI, Acer, Clevo etc.…...
