U tried clear cmos, unplug psu, remove battery and deplete remaining power from within motherboard, reinstall battery plug in psu clear cmos then boot ? Maybe reflash bios?

damn thats not fun at all. From power button to windows desktop is no more than 15 sec. Any q code it halts on? Corsair ram on these boards seems to be a constant issue I see.

Pull board from case and place on cardboard. Have cpu, cpu cooler, gpu, one stick of ram and hatddrive and see if it works to rule out short or bending of board in case. You have another psu to try? ...

Try reflashing the bios a second time

no issues with my onborad audio either here.
