Yes it should, i 100% agree asus should give users option to manually control until temps get higher than 75~80ºC, then normal behaviour.

it tilts me hearing fans when playing non demanding games....

well. i found the correct drivers to my GL553VD on http://support.asus.com.cn/

last bios is stable bios is 304 (from asus page)
still, bios 305 has been released, just not updated on asus website...

:( i really think asus did a bad job setting up the bios

you talked about unlock bios to see advanced options
how did you do that? how can you unlock bios 305?
