It works in Windows fine, just doesn't pop up in BIOS while trying to update to the latest BIOS.

I have to update the BIOS the primeval way now, you know... via a usb...

Trying to update BIOS using the Bios here (asus Bios Ez update thing) but the bios doesn't detect the gigabit pci-e card, it detects the on board mobo's lan port just fine however... Is it just me?

I remember Asus engineers sending me a doc showing it was 1.5mm but I don't know the length. Best bet is to either measure it your self with a ruler in milli meters or take it to a local hardware...

Reinstall drivers.
Check Control Panel > Mouse settings
Disbale touch pad, attach usb mouse and see if same problems persist.
