I've had (as with most folks here) such a truly miriad of random issues with past firmwares that , while the current firmware is far from perfect, I was able to set it in a semi stable...

Do you have the courage to test it????

fyi, another version of the firmware was posted to other routers like the AC68U.

I would expect someone here not be afraid to be that courageous...

Also, this firmware was live in the USA page for some hours.
Surely, someone has it.....

What changes about it?
Is it not usable on us routers ?

2 weeks waiting for a contact with the RMA US team.

in my case I`ve had the router since april-2018.
was not able to use it, as it was unstable until 1 month ago.
the last firmware made it stable, but my 5ghz-2 has no mac address, so its not...

I see similar logs on ROG GT-AC5300, and I do agree they are very strange.

I guess this is on the account of the last firmware.

while I do have some homekit compatible itens like phillips hue...

just set the same SSID + password on both bands.

my 5ghz-2 mac does not show no matter what I do... be it enabling or disabling smart connect, or AIMesh.
but it did work on previous firmware versions.

does anyone see the same issue?
